SASAKURA/ OZONE MASTER
These systems provide ozonized water that is absolutely free from contamination and NOx by means of the electrolytic ozonizer, purifying it even further and bringing it into contact with ultra-pure water.
Especially, the photo-resist removal application has been achieved sucessfully by newly developed technology by Sasakura to supply "hot ozonized water", having 50¢XC and about 100 ppm.
