Founded in 1984, Lim Chemical Co., Ltd. initially focused on the trading of chemicals and plastics.
Through a fortunate turn of events, the company subsequently expanded into the business of kneading and processing machinery for plastics, rubber, and resin materials.
Two years later, at the invitation of a former plastics manufacturer, Lim Chemical entered into discussions regarding the expansion of their new product, polysilicon, into the Taiwan market. From that point on, the company steadily focused on :
- Materials for semiconductor and optoelectronics applications (silicon wafers), and raw materials (chemicals).
- Components (chemical pumps, valves, fittings, quartz parts, MFCs, etc.).
- Units (hot acid circulation filtration systems, cassette cleaners, spin dryers, IPA dryers, ozone generators, megasonic systems, etc.).
- Chemical delivery systems (CDS), and facility engineering encompassing water, gas, chemicals, electricity, wastewater, waste acid discharge, and chemical recovery and regeneration, including system design, piping, and wiring.
- And further into process equipment such as chemical benches, spin processors, UV cure systems, and more.
- As well as various inspection equipment, including critical dimension scanning electron microscopes (CD-SEM) and multi-component chemical concentration systems.

Thanks to the generous support and patronage of all our customers, Lim Chemical has, to date, established five service locations across Taiwan, in addition to a cleanroom-equipped R&D center in Hsinchu dedicated to testing, calibration, repair, assembly, and parts inventory. With these locations, we aim to provide prompt support and continue to grow in order to deliver ever more comprehensive and reliable service to our customers.
